The Position

Das Clinical Manufacturing Network (PTDN) stellt bahnbrechende Therapien für klinische Phasen her, um jeden Patienten zu bedienen - und dies jeden Tag.

Das Drug Product Clinical Supply Center (Parenterals) in Basel ist verantwortlich für die Herstellung und Abfüllung von parenteralen, sterilen Darreichungsformen aus dem globalen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsportfolio. Für die Belieferung der klinischen Studien in Phase I–III stehen am Standort Basel „State of the art“ Fertigungsanlagen in einem modernen Gebäude zur Verfügung.

Die Möglichkeit

Als Logistics Expert:in in der Section Planning & Logistics im Drug Product Clinical Supply Center (Parenterals) übernimmst du folgende spannende Aufgaben im Logistikbereich:

Verantwortung für die GMP- und non-GMP Lagerbereiche

Durchführung von Wareneingängen (z.B.: von Wirkstoffen, Packmitteln, Hilfsstoffen etc.), inkl. Eingangskontrolle, Einschleusen und Lagerung

Termingerechte Warenbereitstellung für den Betrieb

Warenausgang von DP-Bulkmaterial und anderen Materialien, wie auch die Versandvorbereitung, inkl. Erstellung von Versandaufträgen

Koordination und Durchführung von Warenabrufen zu Bau 97 und Warenausgängen

Übernahme von Mustern von der Produktion und Übergabe an die Analytik

Sicherstellung des Tagesgeschäfts durch die Koordination von Logistik-Ressourcen sowie Verantwortung für Vernichtungen und Entsorgungen.

Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen sowie Unterstützung bei Projekten, Audits und dem Abweichungsmanagement.

Wer Du bist

Um in dieser spannenden Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringst du idealerweise Folgendes mit:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Logistiker (EFZ oder vergleichbar) und höher

Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen und besitzt einen Ausweis

Versierter Umgang mit MS Office/Google-Applikationen, gute SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse (Modul EWM) sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Manufacturing Execution Systemen (MES)

Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, wie auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Fundierte Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Logistikumfeld, insbesondere beim Handling von Kühl- und Tiefkühlware (2–8 °C / -20 °C)

Du hast Erfahrung beim Ein - und Ausschleusen von Materialien im GMP Umfeld

Umgang mit KANBAN-Systemen, 5S-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
