What is Lilly StarT?

Lilly StarT is a one-year talent program designed for junior and senior university students in relevant fields of study, offering an opportunity to join our business functions.

The program aims to grow exceptional talents who are eager to take ownership of their professional journey and emerge as future leaders in the pharma sector.

With Lilly StarT, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage with experts in the field, build strong relationships, and take an active role in project assignments, all while receiving on-the-job training, online and in-class development opportunities, and gaining hands-on experience.

Role: PRA Intern

As a PRA Intern, you will support the Pricing, Reimbursement & Access team by:

· Monitoring the healthcare, pricing, reimbursement, and market access environment and preparing landscape updates

· Supporting the preparation of pricing applications, reimbursement dossiers, and related documentation

· Assisting in the collection, validation, and organization of data required for pricing and market access activities

· Supporting cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Finance, and Commercial teams

· Conducting secondary research and analysis on healthcare policies, reimbursement systems, and access trends

· Helping maintain databases, trackers, and reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date

· Assisting in the development of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders

· Supporting operational excellence initiatives and contributing to process improvement activities

· Ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality in all deliverables while following internal compliance requirements

Requirements

3rd, 4th or 5th year university student, in Pharmacy, Economics, Health Economics, or a related field

Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and develop through hands-on experience

Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to minimizing errors in data, analyses, and documentation

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in MS Office applications and AI tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Interest in healthcare systems, pharmaceutical market access, pricing, and reimbursement processes

Available to work full-time during the summer break and at least 3 days per week during the school term

Commitment to the program for a minimum of 6 months
