Job Description
We are looking for a Launch Manager to lead activities related to the launch of new pharmaceutical products and portfolio management in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Ensuring the readiness and timeliness of the introduction of new drugs to the market, as well as informing the regional team about all deviations from the planned launch dates. They will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Logistic and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure the implementation of drug launch activities and accessibility of products portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensures effective planning of the launch of drugs for the subsequent calendar period, including coordination of the approval of business cases, transfer prices, checking the availability of a commodity accounting unit;
Ensuring the readiness and timeliness of the introduction of new drugs to the market, as well as informing the regional team about all deviations from the planned launch dates;
Identifies opportunities for introducing new launches into the portfolio based on market analyses including checking patent status;
Collaboration with finance, registration departments and supply forecasting. Conducting Portfolio workshops;
Develops Business Cases / full analysis of potential launches in therapeutic areas;
Manages the entry process for new registrations and identifying a list of products to be withdrawn from the company's portfolio;
Drive regular launch progress review, track the projects and raise to management any issues that could cause delays;
Establish regular launch performance monitoring to ensure launch targets.
What you’ll bring to the role:
2-3 years of work in pharmaceutical or other international companies with experience in launch & portfolio, registration, marketing or logistic;
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement systems in Central Asia;
Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate within and across cross-functional teams and business units, in a matrixed environment;
Influencing without authority, comfort dealing with ambiguity;
Strong collaborator, networking and relationship management;
Continuous Learning/Dynamic Knowledge;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze market trends;
Project management skills;
Languages: English – mandatory; Russian - mandatory, Kazakh – advantage;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Strong results orientation.
