The LATAM FF Impact Analyst is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and optimizing the return on investment (ROI) of medical visits and all promotional support provided to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across LATAM.

This role ensures that field force activities, sampling strategies, medical support initiatives, and other promotional investments generate measurable business impact while strictly adhering to compliance standards and corporate governance policies.

The position plays a critical role in elevating LATAM’s analytical maturity by linking activity, investment, and outcomes, enabling data-driven decision-making and reinforcing ethical and compliant promotional practices across the region.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Field Force Impact & ROI Monitoring

Design and implement frameworks to measure ROI of medical visits, sampling, and promotional investments across markets.

Develop activity-to-impact models linking call frequency, segmentation, sampling, and commercial outcomes (Rx, sales, DDD).

Monitor field force productivity and effectiveness indicators across clusters

Identify performance gaps, threats, and growth opportunities through advanced analytics.

Provide regular impact assessments to regional and country leadership teams.

Standardize impact measurement methodologies across markets.

Embed ROI and impact insights into governance routines and business reviews.

Evaluate the effectiveness of medical samples, promotional materials, events, and other HCP support initiatives.

Develop standardized metrics and dashboards to monitor promotional investment performance.

Support resource reallocation decisions based on ROI and impact analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Country Leadership teams.

Support incentive design by ensuring alignment between investment, activity, and measurable outcomes.

Coordinate with Global teams to align methodologies and best practices.

Success Indicators

Clear and measurable linkage between field force activity and business outcomes.

Improved ROI of medical visits and promotional investments across LATAM.

Standardized regional impact measurement framework.

Increased analytical maturity and data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications for this role are:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

Strong experience in ROI analysis, performance analytics, and CRM data interpretation.

Experience working in multi-country or regional environments preferred.

Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
