Job Description

Sales and Promotion:

Execute the comprehensive sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors and pharmacists.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, and pharmacists, to drive product awareness and usage.

Conduct product presentations and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical portfolio.

Collaborate with the marketing team to share the field insights needed for developing and adjusting the promotional materials and campaigns targeting doctors and pharmacists.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare developments to identify new sales opportunities.

Key Account Management:

Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve logistical challenges, and optimize supply chain operations.

Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, and developing action plans to achieve sales targets.

Portfolio Management:

Develop a deep understanding of the features, indications, and competitive advantages of all products in the portfolio.

Provide feedback to the brand teams regarding product positioning, differentiation, and selling strategies aligned with the market insights gathered.

Pricing and Contract Negotiation:

Together with the market access manager and product manager to develop pricing strategies and offers that are competitive, yet profitable, based on market dynamics, customer needs, and company objectives.

Ensure compliance with pricing policies, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

Job location needed: Delta

Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, preferably in specialty business (Oncology, immunology, Biosimilars, etc...)

Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including key products, therapeutic areas, and healthcare trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate value based stories for SDZ brands

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities..

Familiarity with pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and compliance regulations in the pharmaceutical industry
