Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for Key Account Manager – Haematology.
Purpose:
The Key Account Manager – Haematology is responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement, and market development across the Haematology portfolio in Hong Kong. This role partners closely with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to deliver strong commercial performance while generating meaningful customer insights that contribute to improved patient outcomes.
As a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, the Key Account Manager will leverage scientific knowledge, market understanding, and customer relationships to accelerate adoption of innovative therapies and support the achievement of business objectives .
You will be responsible fo r :
Developing and executing territory business plans to achieve sales objectives , market share growth, and business targets across the haematology portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with haematologists, key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem
Delivering high-quality scientific and product discussions that effectively communicate the clinical value and patient benefits of the haematology portfolio
Generating actionable customer and market insights to inform business strategies, identify opportunities, and support future portfolio growth
Partnering with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial colleagues to deliver aligned customer engagement strategies
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of disease states, treatment pathways, competitive landscape, clinical data, and healthcare trends within haematology
Identifying and developing opportunities within key government, institutional accounts and private hospital to improve access and adoption of innovative therapies
Demonstrating a proactive, self-driven approach to business management while maintaining accurate customer records, activity reporting, and territory planning
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, with demonstrated success in specialty care or hospital-based environments
Strong experience promoting haematology products is highly preferred; candidates from oncology or specialty care backgrounds with relevant stakeholder networks will also be considered
Proven ability to engage credibly with healthcare professionals through strong scientific communication and evidence-based discussions
Strong understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare environment, including government healthcare institutions and key stakeholder dynamics
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and consistently deliver business outcomes
Strong customer focus, relationship-building skills, and ability to generate meaningful market intelligence and customer insights
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese preferred
