Job Description:
Key Account Manager – Uro-Oncology
Location: Finland
Join Ipsen and play a critical role in advancing innovative oncology treatments across Finland. As a Key Account Manager in Uro-Oncology, you will drive strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and deliver meaningful impact for patients.
The role
You will take ownership of key oncology accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and decision makers. You will lead the development and execution of account strategies to drive adoption of uro-oncology products, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value and achieve sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise product performance
Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, nurses and key decision makers
Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
Partner with medical, marketing and sales teams to implement account strategies
Lead educational initiatives, events and activities to support product adoption
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and account performance
Deliver impactful presentations and training to healthcare professionals
Leverage CRM tools to manage insights, forecasts and reporting
About you
You are a commercially driven and customer-focused professional with strong oncology expertise. You combine strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management, ideally in oncology
Strong understanding of the oncology landscape and healthcare ecosystem
Proven ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into action
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business or a related field
Fluency in Finnish and professional proficiency in English
Willingness to travel regularly across Finland
