The Position

The Employee Experience Operations is focused on delivering professional IT support for our Roche affiliates in the EMEA region and globally as well in cooperation with our service centers in Costa Rica and Malaysia. Our teams consist of English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish and French speaking Service Desk Specialists from beginners to highly skilled professionals.

The Opportunity

Provide first-level support for software and hardware incidents and service requests across Mac, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google environments.

Engage with users across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and self-service portal.

Thrive as a key member of a truly AI-powered IT support operations team.

Champion the end-users' needs, escalating critical situations as required to ensure swift resolution.

Keep users updated on their request status, guiding them toward the best solutions for their productivity and satisfaction.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

University education in IT or related discipline is preferred

1.5 - 2 years of experience in call center, service desk, or IT desk-side support

Experience with Apple and Microsoft operating systems, Google suite, Microsoft Office products, SAP, corporate networks, and video conferencing systems

Strong troubleshooting, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Fluency in German and English
