We are seeking an IT Product Manager, HCM and ERP to join our General and Administrative IT team, supporting our global HCM and ERP systems in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will ensure the seamless integration and continuous enhancement of technology solutions across the full delivery lifecycle while collaborating with Japan-based business collaborators and global G&A IT teams. Discover your role:

Serve as IT Manager for Workday HCM and Oracle ERP within the Japan team.

Act as functional subject matter authority across Core HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules.

Supervise the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through release and post-production support.

Lead software and service contracts and vendor relationships to best-practice standards.

Lead Japan project delivery, tracking status, risks, and issues with global partners.

You translate technical concepts into practical business terms for any audience.

You bring an analytical, agile attitude to solving problems proactively.

You collaborate confidently across global, cross-functional teams.

This role requires:

6+ years as a technical lead or systems analyst focused on HCM systems, or equivalent ERP experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Time and Absence, Core HCM, Compensation), or Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) covering Finance, OTC, and Procurement.

8+ years facilitating and supporting requirements traceability during testing phases such as SIT and UAT.

Bachelor's Degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business preferred.

Business-level English communication skills, written and spoken.

Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar cloud-based service management applications is a plus.

Certifications in cloud technology applications such as Workday or Oracle are a plus.
