As our IT Executive Support Expert, you will revolutionize the digital workplace by delivering a seamless, high-touch, and exceptional IT experience for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Act as a digital enabler and owner of the digital employee experience for our business colleagues and respective site operations.

Deliver personalized, high-touch IT support for senior leadership across on-site, off-site, and virtual communications to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity.

Manage complex logistical IT requirements for international travel and relocation, ensuring smooth end-to-end support for VIP stakeholders.

Drive proactive workplace solutions and process improvements by leveraging digital analytical tools (such as Nexthink and ServiceNow).

Oversee incident and request management processes, analyzing trends to consistently meet SLAs and drive continuous service improvements.

Lead IT hardware lifecycle management and deskside support services, driving high-quality support and guidance for site events and meetings.

Partner with product teams to enable standard workplace infrastructure, executing both global and local deployment projects across the organization.

Support local Dawn Raid and Global Crisis Management teams, while participating in the 24/7 hotline support rotation (approximately 1 week every 6 weeks).

Who you are

Education: Higher education degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in executive/VIP IT support, deskside operations, or IT service management within a global corporate environment.

Security & Compliance Awareness: Sound knowledge of current legal, technical, and organizational requirements for information security, with a track record of active adherence.

Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in hardware lifecycle management, incident handling (SNOW/ServiceNow), digital analytical tools (e.g., Nexthink), and event/meeting infrastructure support.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to maintain executive intimacy, discretion, and composure under pressure.

Strategic & Agile Mindset: Highly organized problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities, strategic agility, and a passion for managing change and driving process improvements.

Collaborative Team Player: Proven success collaborating across cross-functional teams and external service providers to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Language: Must be fluent in both English and German.
