Education required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: January to June 2027

What will you do?

You will support internal and external communication activities at our manufacturing site, where you will help to engage employees and key internal stakeholders through impactful, compliant and well-crafted communications.

Internship scope would include:

Gain insights into pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and translate them into engaging internal collaterals such as Workvivo/intranet posts, posters, digital signage, videos highlighting site updates and key initiatives

Help produce videos that highlight on-site manufacturing processes, key messages and achievements

Support event logistics and visit programmes for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. townhalls, leadership engagements, site campaigns)

Work with external agencies, when needed, to develop and adapt materials in line with brand, quality and compliance requirements

Maintain internal communication channels, keeping content up to date, accurate and easy for employees to find

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MSAT, Quality, Production and enabling functions) to gather stories, data, visuals and subject-matter input

Support measurement and reporting of communications (e.g. engagement metrics, feedback) to improve future campaigns and content

What will you learn?

On-the-job learning with high level of independence in project activities

How communications support and engage employees and site leadership in a pharma manufacturing environment

Translating technical and operational topics into clear, engaging messages

Practical experience with campaign planning, content development, and event support

What are we looking for?

A lively interest in internal communications and the biopharma industry

Strong proficiency in writing and editing skills in English; ability to adapt tone for different audiences

Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Word, basic design/visual, video editing tools (e.g. Canva, adobe photoshop/premiere pro)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an interest in process and compliance

Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders

Great project management skills and the ability to prioritise
