Your role:
Within the MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) Process Expertise & Laboratory team located at Corsier-sur-Vevey (Vaud), you will be part of a team of 15 to 20 specialists/experts in charge of establishing and maintaining the process control strategies for Vevey manufacturing products, of providing scientific and technical support to manufacturing processes, from their technology transfer in our production suites to their commercialization and reproducing manufacturing conditions on small-scale models. As part of process expertise & laboratory team, you participate in process troubleshooting and investigations, laboratory studies, as well as process improvement projects.
Within the MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences And Technology) laboratory team, you will participate to the implementation of small scale processes as well as the improvement of the already available models, in order to support improvements of our GMP manufacturing USP and DSP processes, perform trouble shooting and introduce new technologies. In parallel, you also actively participate to the implementation in MSAT Laboratory of new technologies (single use equipment, new chromatography resin) with the scope to reduce lead time for experiment and increase process performance.
Your profile:
Student (Master or Eng) in Biotechnology, Life science or Chemical engineering.
Previous experience with mammalian cell culture, biotechnology processes for production of monoclonal antibodies and/or antibody purification technic and data interpretation based on statistical analysis,
Basic knowledge of statistic tools and DOE. Proficiency in MS Office.
High level of motivation, good analytical view and open to work in laboratory.
Good communication skills, oral and written (English and French)
