About this opportunity

The Position

Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS-HR Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Recruiting (Administration) team supporting France. You will be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run mode activities. As an intern, you will be able to support the French Recruiting team on daily administration tasks by learning how to use different tools and systems, how to process various Recruitment Administration tasks.

The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program is planned for October 2026.

We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

Tasks and responsibilities

Participating in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops.

Participating in team/country meetings.

Support in projects, research and team engagement activities.

Looking and support of implementation of process improvements.

Handling recruitment administration activities (e.g., adjusting and managing job posting, interview scheduling, processing hire).

Preparing/checking recruitment related documents e.g., application forms, checklists etc.

Processing recruitment transactions in systems depending on team’s needs.

Participating in reports preparation and analysis.

Other Recruitment related tasks.

About our future intern

You should speak French and English languages (both min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.

 Additionally, we are looking for:

Students or graduates interested in the field of Recruitment.

Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks.

Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality.

Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).

Experience gained in a professional business environment, e.g. previous internships or relevant student work is a plus.
