As a Business Analyst within our Commercial & Supply Performance team, you'll master all data sources to enable business growth, transforming data into actionable insights through analytics, visualization, and modelling techniques. You'll manage and maintain automated sales reporting and dashboards, both internal and external, to support the business, while ensuring excellence in field force execution by coordinating communication plans and overseeing the successful deployment of solutions. Additionally, you'll support the Demand & Supply Manager in analytical and operational activities, including forecasting, demand planning system maintenance, and process improvements. Main responsibilities:
Accountable for maintenance of sales force and performance tools (e.g. Power BI Dashboard, Power BI Databases, automated data extraction tools, targeting) and maintenance of supply & demand planning systems.
Support market, sales force, and business performance analyses to generate actionable insights.
Contribute to revenue management initiatives through customer and performance analysis.
Support the development of tools and solutions to enhance sales force effectiveness in the field.
Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to support the back-office team for decision-making.
Support BU targeting activities through data analysis and business insights.
Support the Demand & Supply Manager with forecasting, demand planning system maintenance, reporting, and operational activities.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to optimize ways of working.
About you
Experience:
Willingness to work in Business analytics / Data analytics
Soft and technical skills:
Analytical thinking and capability to manage complex / System data
Capability to learn / adapt quickly
General understanding of ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse systems (e.g., Snowflake), along with knowledge of Python and Power Automate is considered a plus. Team spirit, persuasiveness and capability to interact with different functions
Education:
Master’s degree in business studies, Business analytics or equivalent with a focus on data analysis.
Languages:
Fluent in English. French and/or German would be a plus
