Intern / Trainee - Digital & AI Support (MOS)

Role Purpose:

Support the My Office Support (MOS) Digital Team in developing digital solutions, testing new functionalities, documenting knowledge, and exploring AI and automation opportunities. The role provides hands-on experience with Power Platform, AI tools, and digital enablement activities within a global environment.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities: 

Support development and maintenance of Power Apps solutions

Assist in creating and documenting simple Power Automate workflows

Test new features, applications, and AI-related solutions

Report bugs and suggest usability improvements

Prepare user guides, instructions, and documentation

Support AI initiatives by testing prompts, agents, and use cases

Assist the team with day-to-day digital projects and activities

Who You Are: 

Student or recent graduate (IT, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields)

Interest in AI, automation, digital solutions, and technology

Strong curiosity and willingness to learn

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools; Power Platform knowledge is a plus

Good English communication skills

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 31,40  PLN per hour. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.
