The Position

The Opportunity

The Patient Safety Internship Program aims to provide fresh graduates with a comprehensive understanding of Patient Safety and pharmacovigilance (PV) requirements within the pharmaceutical industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience, participate in PV activities, and learn about safety regulatory frameworks that impact the sector.

Enable operational excellence and maintain oversight of patient safety-related activities relevant to the PV system through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Ensuring day-to-day pharmacovigilance (PV) operations are executed effectively and efficiently to maintain the monitoring of the safety profile of Roche medicinal products and medical devices and their safety risk management, meet regulatory requirements, and ensure license to operate.

Management of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all relevant sources, both solicited and unsolicited, encompasses activities such as the collection, processing, follow-up, and submission of ICSRs.

Provide support to Affiliate Patient Safety (APS) in implementing Additional Risk Minimization Measures (ARMM) for relevant products in Bangladesh.

Who you are:

You are a recent graduate with a degree in Pharmacy or Nurse, or MBBS or a related field.

You have a strong interest in pharmacovigilance, patient safety  and regulatory affairs.

You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

You demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
