About this opportunity

The position

Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the GBS-HR Organization with a particular focus on the tasks and responsibilities of the Employee Central (HR Administration) team supporting Spain.  You will be qualified to independently contribute to daily operational activities. As an intern, you will support the Employee Central Spain team with daily tasks, learning how to use different tools and systems and how to process various HR administration tasks.

The start of our 6-month-long paid internship program (contract of mandate) is planned for October 2026.The working hours, can be flexibly adjusted to your availability.

We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław 3 days a week.

Tasks & responsibilities

Preparing and checking employment‑related documents.

Processing HR transactions in the system depending on the team’s needs.

Handling multiple data entries to the system.

Participating in team/country meetings.

Support in projects, research and team engagement activities.

Preparing and analyzing reports.

Identifying and supporting the implementation of process improvements.

Participating in trainings (according to training schedule) and workshops.

About our future intern

You should speak Spanish and English (both at least B2 level). Prior experience in HR field is a plus.

Additionally, we are looking for:

Students or graduates interested in the field of HR Administration.

Willingness to learn new skills and to take responsibility for the assigned tasks.

Proactivity, good organization of your own work and the ability to prioritize.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a high level of reliability and confidentiality.

Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Previous experience with any HR systems will help you get acquainted with our toolset (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText, DocuSign) faster.
