The Position

In this role, you will maintain and support the daily activities of the Integrated Support Team with wide process knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. Interns in this role are expected to offer a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for internal customers and maintain a close collaboration with the second level and other teams to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. You will be responsible for providing customer service support to Roche affiliates in relation to the SAP S4/Hana ERP system. You will follow the instructions in a timely manner of the Cluster Section Lead regarding the daily work.

Providing timely support, guidance and high level of customer service to internal customers regarding incoming queries about the ERP system in order to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Acting as the entry level and first point of contact for the end users and providing end to end support to them in alignment with the global framework

Providing end user support via hotline and ensuring business continuity in written format as well (ticketing, chat)

Staying curious, open-minded and always willing to learn more

What you can bring to our team:

Ongoing university studies in Hungarian University

Available for 25-30 hours per week

You have an excellent command of English and German and outstanding communication skills

You have a customer oriented mind-set and you are creative, enthusiastic, pro-active and open to taking over new tasks

You are willing to learn and develop and you are open for further career opportunities within Roche

It is an advantage if you have experience in a shared service environment, preferably customer service area

You are organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem solve thoughtfully

You are a strong team player with ability to work in a virtual team environment

Ability to work across multi-cultural regions as part of a global team in a changing environment
