As an Integrated Insights Business Partner, you will be at the heart of shaping the future of Novartis’ Immunology business by transforming market data, customer insights, and performance analytics into impactful business actions. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Immunology leaders to identify critical business questions and strategic priorities.Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.Integrate customer, market, competitive, and performance data into a unified business narrative.Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance gaps to support decision-making.Influence brand strategy, resource allocation, and customer engagement planning.Collaborate across marketing, medical, market access, finance, and analytics teams.Deliver insight-driven recommendations to support business planning and execution.Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.Experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial business drivers.Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Experience partnering effectively with marketing and commercial teams.Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence decisions through data.Fluent in English and Portuguese.Desirable RequirementsExperience within Immunology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, or specialty biologics markets.Experience working with market audit, customer relationship management, and commercial performance data sources.Why Novartis: Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
