We are searching for the best talent for Senior Product Manager
An experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join Lung cancer team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the product, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, market access and C&PA to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
You will be responsible for:
1. Product Strategy Development:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Lung cancer products.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
2. Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee product development stages, ensuring alignment with market requirements and regulatory standards.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with sales team, medical, market access and C&PA to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Conduct product training sessions to educate internal teams and customers
Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to gather insights and feedback on product performance and enhancements.
5. Financial Analysis and Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and market share.
Prepare business cases and forecasts to support product investment decisions.
6. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to manage submissions and approvals for new products.
Qualifications:
Master or bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
4~5 years of experience in product management or relevant roles in the pharmaceutical industry, specialty experienced is prefer. Launching new brands and self-pay experience to market is a plus
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in product management software and tools is an advantage.
