As a Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Training and Adoption Senior Manager you will drive the adoption of the IBP operating model across the organization by building capability, ensuring consistent understanding of IBP processes, and embedding the right behaviors in day-to-day planning and decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include
Define IBP capability requirements across global, regional and affiliate roles
Develop IBP training materials and role-based training programs
Translate IBP processes and governance into practical guidance for users
Coordinate rollout of IBP training across regions and functions
Support onboarding of IBP facilitators and key stakeholders
Monitor adoption and consistency of IBP execution across the organization
Identify capability gaps and reinforce training where needed
Provide coaching to IBP facilitators and business stakeholders
Gather feedback and support continuous improvement of IBP capability
What you need to bring to the role:
8–12+ years in supply chain, planning, transformation or capability roles
Strong understanding of IBP / S&OP processes and cross-functional planning
Experience in training, capability building or change management
Ability to translate complex processes into simple, practical guidance
Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
Experience working across regions and cultures

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
