DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Healthcare Economics & Market Access (HEMA), located in Tokyo.

本ポジションは、DPS社日本におけるHealthcare Economics & Market Access（HEMA）部門の立ち上げおよび責任者として、日本の医療制度下におけるマーケットアクセス戦略を統括する役割を担う。

医療経済・保険償還・エビデンス戦略を一体的にリードし、DPS製品ポートフォリオにおける持続可能な患者アクセスと事業成長の実現を目的とする。

Key Responsibilities  

①   HEMA部門の立ち上げおよび戦略リード

DPS日本におけるHEMA機能の立ち上げおよび組織責任者としての統括

事業戦略に整合した中長期のマーケットアクセス戦略の策定・実行

日本におけるマーケットアクセス領域の最終責任者としての役割遂行

HEMAに関する社内プロセス、ガバナンス、ケイパビリティ構築

②   保険・価格戦略（日本固有業務 ）

新製品および既存製品に関する保険償還戦略の立案・実行

以下を含む保険償還プロジェクトのリード：

新規保険収載申請

B2/ C区分、定義変更案件

既存製品の償還価格マネジメント

保険適用希望書を含む各種申請資料・エビデンスパッケージの統括

厚生労働省および関係機関との折衝・コミュニケーションの主導

診療報酬改定に伴う影響分析、対応方針策定、対象製品への実装対応のリード

③   医療経済・エビデンス戦略

保険・価値提案を支える医療経済およびエビデンス戦略の策定

費用対効果評価、予算影響分析等の医療経済評価の統括（該当する場合）

リアルワールドデータ（RWE） 、 データベース研究 、コンセンサススタディ を含むエビデンス創出戦略の推進

グローバル／リージョナルHEMA戦略と整合しつつ、日本特有の要件を反映

④   外部環境形成・ステークホルダーマネジメント

学会、KOL、業界団体、行政関連ステークホルダーとの関係構築

エビデンスに基づく価値提案を通じた良好なマーケットアクセス環境の形成

医療経済・保険制度に関する業界活動や外部フォーラムへの参画

⑤   社内クロスファンクショナル連携

コマーシャル、マーケティング、メディカル、薬事、臨床、ファイナンス等との密接な連携

製品戦略、上市計画、ライフサイクルマネジメントへのHEMA視点での貢献

社内関係者に対する日本の医療機器保険制度や政策動向に関する啓発・教育

⑥   チームおよびリソースマネジメント

チームの組織設計、人材育成、マネジメント

医療経済分析、研究、保険申請支援等に関する外部ベンダー／コンサルタント管理

プロジェクト優先順位付けおよびリソース配分の最適化

5.   必要なスキル・経験・資格

【学歴】

医学、薬学、公衆衛生、医療経済、理系分野等の学士号

修士号、MBA、PhD 等があれば尚可

【経験】

医療機器、製薬、またはヘルスケア業界における概ね7年以上の実務経験

日本におけるマーケットアクセス／保険関連業務の実務経験

行政対応（厚労省等）や保険申請プロジェクトのリード経験

組織または機能マネジメント経験があれば尚可

【スキル】

日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル（口頭・文書）

行政向け文書作成能力

分析力、問題解決力、プロジェクトマネジメント力

高い自律性とクロスファンクショナルリーダーシップ

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
