We are looking for a Key Account Manager Rheumatology – South Region, who is Collaborative, Curious, and Care-focused to join our Immunology team in the Netherlands.
About the role
As Key Account Manager Rheumatology, you will bring value to patients by expanding access to UCB’s immunology solutions in your assigned territory. You will shape and create partnerships with healthcare professionals and wider ecosystem stakeholders, using a targeted account approach and optimal omnichannel solutions. By understanding customer needs, patient pathways, and local market dynamics, you will help match UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients and support improved outcomes. You will bring a curious mindset to a changing healthcare environment and help UCB make a positive difference through care, science, and collaboration.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Experience in a similar role in pharma, healthcare sales, account management, or customer engagement, preferably in Rheumatology
Strong strategic account management and relationship-building skills.
Eagerness to apply digital customer engagement and omnichannel approaches
Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative and care-focused approach.
Confidence communicating scientific information clearly, compliantly, and respectfully.
Experience creating account plans and adapting to local healthcare needs.
Fluent Dutch and English, with residence in the Southern territory preferred.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
