Job Description
Summary:
The Head of Sales is responsible for building and leading a high-performing Aesthetics sales organization in Thailand to meet or exceed business objectives. This role drives national sales strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth and strong market competitiveness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Impact & Collaboration (40%)
Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Translate strategic priorities into actionable sales plans and targets
Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Medical to deliver integrated plans
Monitor market trends, competition, and demand to optimize sales performance
People & Passion (30%)
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and clinical education organization
Drive performance through clear goals, coaching, and talent development
Oversee hiring, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning
Design and implement effective sales incentive plans aligned with company guidelines
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Customer Focus & Integrity (20%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Ensure high standards of customer experience and ethical, compliant engagement
Innovation (10%)
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and capabilities
Leverage CRM, analytics, and digital tools to enhance effectiveness
Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics sales leadership
Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Solid understanding of healthcare environment, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Thailand
At least 5 years of proven experience in leading sales teams
