We are looking for a Head of Global IT eConnectivity who is visionary, collaborative, and results-driven to join us in our Global Information Technology Infrastructure & Services team, based in ou office in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to shape the future of our global network and connectivity landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy, services, and operations that enable secure, reliable, and efficient connectivity across our global organization.

You will lead a well-established team while driving the next phase of transformation and innovation. This role blends strategic vision with operational excellence, requiring a leader who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, manage complex budgets, inspire high-performing teams, and remain closely connected to the technology decisions that drive measurable business outcomes and lasting value.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a team that delivers critical infrastructure and connectivity services across all company locations worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Global Infrastructure & Services, you will lead a team of managers and specialists while collaborating closely with cybersecurity, digital technology, business stakeholders, and external service partners.

You will work with colleagues across multiple regions and functions, influencing decisions at both operational and leadership levels to ensure secure, compliant, and future-ready connectivity services.

What you’ll do

Define and execute the global connectivity, network, and infrastructure strategy aligned with business priorities, technology roadmaps, compliance requirements, and budget objectives

Lead and develop a global team, fostering accountability, collaboration, talent growth, and high performance across internal and external resources

Oversee the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of secure network services across offices, manufacturing sites, and data center environments

Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers, ensuring service quality, performance targets, contractual commitments, and operational excellence are achieved

Drive innovation and modernization initiatives, identifying new technologies and opportunities that improve security, reliability, scalability, and business value

Lead investment planning and financial governance, managing operational and capital budgets while ensuring efficient use of resources

Partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to strengthen network security, support business transformation, and maintain compliance in regulated environments

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure or network leadership roles, including a minimum of 5 years managing teams and budgets

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, network security technologies, and large-scale infrastructure operations

Experience leading global teams and managing both internal employees and external service providers across different geographic regions

Demonstrated experience managing significant operational and capital budgets, ideally within complex multinational environments

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels

Professional certifications in project management, technology infrastructure, networking, or related disciplines are an advantage
