The Role & What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for governing Supply Chain Flows at global level, for all Viatris product portfolio, covering end-to-end overview from Key Starting Material (KSM) supply to Finished Product delivery to Customer.

You will be coordinating activities for documentation, evaluation, and approval of new Supply Chain Flows. Connecting with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and approvers as defined per standard approval workflow.

You will be actively involved in business integration projects of markets, supply chain hubs and internal manufacturing sites. And, in Supply Chain network optimization initiatives.

This is an exciting yet challenging role for a Supply Chain Professional who is eager to learn and test themselves at the cutting-edge of Supply Chain Optimization.

Act as process gatekeeper for Supply Chain Flow Management, working closely with Global Supply Chain, Operations (Vertical) and Finance teams across all Viatris locations

Document Standard Supply Chain Flows covering end-to-end product flow from KSM supply to Finished Product delivery to Customer. Standard template including physical flow and financial flow information.

Manage Central Repository of Supply Chain Flows. Ensure product flow information consistency and completeness.

Provide product flow mapping at product level in global system for all Viatris product portfolio.

Manage product flow requests, collaborating with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) covering Trade & Customs, VAT, Quality, Logistics, Finance, systems, and supply chain process aspects.

Lead Supply Chain Flow reviews with business stakeholders and SME’s.

Ensure all product flow requests are completed according to agreed timelines.

Provide Trade Flow information to Finance team.

Provide AS-IS and TO-BE product flow mapping in case of IT integration project (SAP ERP and RapidResponse Advanced Planning System).

Coordinate activities for documenting, evaluating, and approving new Supply Chain Flows as per standard business process.

In collaboration with IT team, implement new Supply Chain Flow according to business requirements.

Document recommendations for Supply Chain network optimization.

Participate in global projects for simplifying product flow across the network.

Develop and refine end user training content. Roll-out training to end users, as part of knowledge sharing.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain

Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization

Strong Supply Chain and Supply Chain Network experience essential

Experience working cross-functionally

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Analytical and detailed-oriented

Strong problem-solving skills

SAP Experience Preferred

Prior Pharma experience an advantage but not essential
