Job Description:

The Global Brand Lead is a senior commercial and enterprise leader responsible for shaping and delivering the global brand strategy for an assigned asset or portfolio. The role leads the integrated brand planning process, translates asset strategy into clear commercial priorities, and mobilizes cross-functional global, regional, and local teams to drive launch readiness, lifecycle growth, and long-term brand value.

This role is especially critical where strong global-local alignment, disciplined launch execution, and deep understanding of the US market are required. The Global Brand Lead will bring strategic marketing expertise, strong scientific and commercial acumen, and the ability to lead through influence across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights, Finance, Supply, Legal, Compliance, Digital / Customer Experience, and priority affiliate teams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, externally oriented, and execution-focused leader who can create clarity in ambiguity, build alignment across a complex matrix, and deliver high-impact brand plans that advance patient outcomes and business performance.

WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies

Brand Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

Develop and execute the integrated global brand strategy to maximize long-term asset value and patient impact.

Translate portfolio and asset objectives into clear commercial priorities, strategic initiatives, and measurable business outcomes.

Launch & Growth Execution

Lead global launch planning and readiness activities to ensure successful commercialization in priority markets.

Drive lifecycle management strategies that accelerate growth, expand market opportunities, and sustain brand performance.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead and influence a global matrix team across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and other key functions.

Build alignment across global and local stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and execution.

Customer & Market Insight

Leverage customer, patient, competitor, and market insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform strategic choices.

Ensure strategies are grounded in evolving market dynamics and stakeholder needs.

Performance & Governance

Define performance metrics, monitor results, and drive course corrections to achieve business objectives.

Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

HOW - Knowledge & Experience

Education: Degree in life sciences or business; advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of leading successful product launches, ideally in the US market.

Experience in migraine or neuroscience is a strong plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Languages: Fluent English required.
