Here's What You'll Do:

Operate manufacturing equipment supporting mRNA vaccine production in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing documentation.

Practice safe working habits while adhering to Moderna's health, safety, and environmental procedures and guidelines.

Follow gowning procedures and maintain housekeeping standards within your assigned manufacturing area to ensure a compliant, safe, and inspection-ready environment.

Execute manufacturing operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Partner closely with Quality Assurance colleagues to complete production documentation required to support the timely disposition of commercial batches.

Participate in investigations of manufacturing deviations through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Contribute to incident investigations and associated RCA and CAPA activities to strengthen operational performance and compliance.

Apply operational performance tools while working collaboratively with the team to achieve operational KPI objectives aligned with corporate goals and commercial demand.

Rapidly respond to and troubleshoot routine equipment, manufacturing process, and digital system issues.

Proactively identify and escalate compliance, quality, health, or safety concerns to the Team Lead or Supervisor.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and associated documentation.

Perform routine basic equipment maintenance, including lubrication, basic mechanical checks, and filter changes using hand tools.

Participate in multiple projects and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams within a dynamic matrix organisation.

Demonstrate flexibility to support off-hours work and overtime when business needs require.

Continuously build technical capability through rapid learning of new mRNA manufacturing technologies and evolving digital tools.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

1+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment

A university degree with a specialization in pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent

Experience with filtration and chromatography, and cold chain management a plus

Experience in audit / inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines

Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, leadership and cross-functional support groups required

Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills required.

Ability to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision

24 /7 Fixed shift Pattern:

What is a 2-2-3 work Schedule

The 2-2-3 or the Panama schedule is a slow rotation cycle of 28 days where each employee works in a 12 hour shift every day.

The schedule usually involves 4 teams who work for 2 days, then get 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work.
