As a MEGASYS® Field Service Engineer (FSE) you will perform installation, warranty and standard repairs of systems that maintain supply of production material utilised in a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the microchips used in electronic devices such as Smart Phones, LED's, and Flat Screen TV's. This is a challenging, hands-on, rewarding job opportunity for people who want to join a growing business.

Field Service personnel travel to multiple customer locations or may be assigned to a specific site to provide equipment support. The scope of services may include maintaining the operation, repair of gas/ chemical distribution equipment, gas/ chemical blending equipment, critical monitoring systems and life safety systems. They will ensure compliance in operation and procedures, emergency preparedness and drive flawless execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-task planning & equipment condition analysis prior to starting work.

Empowered to Stop the Job and escalate.

Responsible for completion of customer requested tasks.

Audit equipment and maintenance areas according to quality and safety standards

Ensure processes and procedures are followed.

Report quality and safety issues immediately via the escalation process.

Take ownership of NCE events and the RMA process to address equipment concerns in a timely manner.

Complete all Field documentation accurately and submit for invoicing at the completion of the task.

Provide solutions to the customer for equipment configuration, maintenance, and operation.
