DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Executive Assistant located   in Cerro Colorado, Chile.

Job Overview

The Executive Assistant role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the DS Vice President and   LATAM Leadership team. This position   functions as a trusted partner, enabling focus on strategic priorities by managing complex schedules, communications/ documentations, governance routines, and key business processes ensuring efficient   day ‑ to ‑ day   operations.

The role offers high visibility, frequent interaction with regional stakeholders, and the opportunity to contribute directly to operational effectiveness and leadership productivity within a dynamic,   matrixed, and multicultural environment, with frequent interaction with senior leaders across the LATAM region and global organization.

Key Responsibilities

•   Act as primary administrative partner to the Vice President, managing complex calendars, priorities, and meeting cadence across multiple time zones.

•   Anticipate   executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling, logistical, and administrative challenges.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate executive-level communications, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

• Assist the DS LALT team in the planning of regional meetings and events.

• Serve as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, offsites, and regional events.

• Support governance processes, approvals, and confidential records management.

• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting.

• Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, payments, and vendor interactions.

•   Maintain   accurate   documentation and records   in accordance with   company standards.

•   Identify   opportunities to improve administrative processes and executive productivity.

• Handle   highly sensitive   information with discretion and sound judgment.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Office Management, Communications, or a related field is   required .

Additional   administrative or secretarial training is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

4+ years of experience supporting senior executives (Sr Director or above).

Proven ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency   with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Languages

•   Fluent English (oral and written)   required .

• Spanish   required ;   Portuguese a plus.
