Job Description:
ATIVIDADES
• Apoiar a condução de processos de compras.
• Consolidar e comparar propostas comerciais e técnicas.
• Apoiar iniciativas para gestão e otimização do Tail Spend.
• Identificar oportunidades de consolidação de fornecedores.
• Realizar análises de gastos utilizando dados de compras.
• Apoiar projetos de racionalização da base de fornecedores.
• Apoiar homologação e cadastro de fornecedores.
• Acompanhar documentação obrigatória e requisitos de compliance.
• Realizar follow-up com fornecedores durante processos de cotação.
• Apoiar avaliações de desempenho e gestão de relacionamento com fornecedores.
• Apoiar usuários internos quanto aos processos e ferramentas de Procurement
• Desenvolver dashboards e indicadores da área.
• Elaborar análises de spend por categoria, fornecedor e centro de custo.
• Apoiar o acompanhamento de KPIs de Procurement.
• Automatizar controles utilizando Excel e Power BI.
REQUISITOS
• Cursando Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas no período noturno com previsão de formação a partir de setembro/28
• Excel intermediário/avançado.
• Power BI (desejável).
• SAP e Ariba (desejável).
• Inglês intermediário/avançado.
