The EP Bids & Tender Specialist is responsible for managing tender and contracting activities for the Electrophysiology (EP) business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The role ensures compliance with public procurement regulations, internal Johnson & Johnson policies, and commercial requirements while providing operational support to the EP organization on tender, contracting, and governance processes.

Job Responsibilities;

 

Tender Management

Manage the end-to-end public tender process for the EP business

Monitor tender opportunities and submission deadlines

Coordinate the preparation, review, and timely submission of tender documentation.

Ensure compliance with local procurement legislation and J&J policies.

Maintain tender databases,records and tender analyzes

Contract Management

Support the preparation, review, execution, and administration of customer contracts

Monitor contract validity, amendments, renewals, and obligations

Ensure contractual documentation is properly maintained and archived

Act as a liaison between commercial teams, legal, and other internal stakeholders

Pricing and Commercial Support

Support price setting activities in accordance with company policies and approval processes

Training and Business Support

Deliver training to EP CZ  team on public tender processes and requirements

Provide training and guidance on non-tender contracting processes

Support onboarding of new employees regarding tender and contracting activities

Promote best practices and process standardization across the organization

Governance and Compliance

Guide business partners on relevant J&J processes and systems, including ProfED, HCC, and other compliance-related requirements

Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance, and approval procedures

Support audit readiness and document compliance activities when required

Documentation and Administrative Coordination

Coordinate the collection and preparation of documents required for public tenders.

Support notarizations, certified translations, and submissions to Czech authorities.

Maintain company certificates, declarations, powers of attorney, and other regulatory documentation required for tenders and contracts

Collaborate with external agencies, notaries, translators, and public institutions when necessary

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Healthcare Management, or related field

Experience in public procurement, tenders, contracts, or commercial operations

Knowledge of Czech and Slovakia public procurement regulations is an advantage

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Fluent Czech and English language skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč542,000.00 - Kč871,700.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
