Enterprise Architecture Trainee

As a working student in the Data, Digital & IT organization, Enterprise Architecture and Compliance team, you will have the opportunity to develop your practical skillset thanks to the contribution to strategic initiatives, related to digital technology and innovation adoption as well as contribute to the governance activities.

Business architecture support for Healthcare business sector:

Collaborate with IT business partners and other stakeholders for updates global enterprise architecture repository

Assist in and document project-driven architecture assessments

Design architecture reports & diagrams

Help upskill team members on the usage of the architecture repository

PMO and change management for digital use cases and small projects:

Assist with scoping of demands and business case preparation

Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and help translate them into requirements and functional specifications

Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, track and report project progress against key milestones and deliverables

Develop upskilling approach and use state-of-art AI-based tools to prepare compelling audio & visual training materials

To be considered for this role, you need to demonstrate strong interest and knowledge in the area of digitalization of business processes. You need to be enrolled in a relevant academic program Master’s degree. You have the capacity to drive initiatives to successful outcome thanks to your excellent communication and collaboration skills. Your sense of organization and rigorousness will play an important part to ensure the tangible progress of the assigned project tasks.
