Employee Central (Employee Life Cycle) Specialist with French (Wrocław, Poland, Dolnoslaskie)

Fixed-term position for 15 months.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist in Employee Central Team, you will be responsible for:

Supporting and administering the processing of tasks with varying levels of complexity, while adhering to internal and external compliance regulations.

Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and employee data changes using our case management system or e-mail are part of your daily job.

Taking ownership of at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation). You will maintain close contact with relevant stakeholders to ensure that process remains up-to-date and is performed in the most efficient way.

Working on other assigned projects.

About our future employee

You should speak French & English languages (min. C1) and have min. 2 years of professional experience in HR, supporting the employee lifecycle processes.

Additionally, we are looking for:

Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.

Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.

Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.

Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model).

Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.

Experience in working with the French market would be an asset.
