Your role:
Self-running warehouse safety management, to complete the annual safety goals
To do the EHS improvement of the local compliance and company requirement
Environmental management for the warehouse
Strategy Development & Implementation
Formulate, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures and programs applicable to the storage, handling and distribution of chemicals, ensuring full compliance with local, national and international regulations.
Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, safety audits and inspections of warehouse operations to identify hazards, non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
Design and deliver EHS training programs covering warehouse employees, supervisors and contractors, ensuring complete and timely updated training records.
Manage EHS-related documentation and submit EHS reports to management and regulatory authorities on a regular basis.
Coordinate emergency response plans to ensure warehouse staff are trained on emergency procedures; maintain emergency equipment in good working condition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure chemical storage and transportation comply with EHS standards.
Initiate, support and drive sustainability initiatives on site.
Record, evaluate and investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and hazardous conditions, and formulate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Comply with group-wide reporting systems. Be responsible for preparing and (partially) conducting internal audits and inspections (e.g. environmental, health and safety), develop corrective action plans for all identified issues, and follow up on all open items until closure.
Actively contribute to building a common EHS team culture, achieve key performance indicators / Lost Time Injury Rate and Total Recordable Incident Rate; conduct successful EHS audits internally and externally.
Supervise the maintenance, repair and operation of warehouse facilities and equipment.
Manage the FM management company, evaluate supplier performance, negotiate service contracts, and ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Collaborate with the warehouse operation team to understand facility requirements, minimize interference with daily operations; respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree, safety, environment or related major.
Good command of written English
2-5 years experience and background in EHS management
Has the experience for emergency response plan and safety standardization.
Knowledge of safety and hazardous chemical management
Good safety awareness and risk identification skills
Strong gap and root cause analysis skills
Strong follow ups and communication skills
Good team working skills.
Self-motivative with clear goal and target
