Job Description

Main purpose:

The Early Career Talent Program is a 12-month development program designed to attract, develop, and accelerate high-potential university students who demonstrate strong academic performance, learning agility, leadership potential, and a passion for healthcare innovation.The program aims to build AbbVie North Africa's future talent pipeline by providing participants with meaningful business exposure, hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and participation in strategic projects across key business functions.Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business priorities, and develop the capabilities required for future career opportunities within AbbVie.

Main Responsibilities

Participate in a structured 12-month development program designed to build business, leadership, and professional capabilities.

Support day-to-day business activities and strategic projects within assigned functions.

Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to business objectives and project deliverables.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and other business tools as required.

Participate in problem-solving initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Gain exposure to AbbVie's healthcare ecosystem, business operations, and organizational culture.

Attend training sessions, workshops, mentoring meetings, and development activities throughout the program.

Demonstrate accountability, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset in all assignments.

Build strong working relationships with colleagues, mentors, and business stakeholders across the organization.

Contribute ideas and insights that support business growth, operational excellence, and patient impact.

Adhere to AbbVie's policies, compliance requirements, and Code of Conduct.​‌

Qualifications

Background :

Final-year (6th year) Pharmacy university student expected to graduate within 12 months.

Strong academic performance with demonstrated leadership potential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated learning agility and intellectual curiosity.

Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Fluent in English, in addition to the local language
