Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. is recruiting Director, Hematology Market Access Marketing for the Strategic Customer Group (SCG). This position is in Horsham, PA and will support the Hematology Oncology Value, Access and Pricing business.
The Strategic Customer Group is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that ensure optimal access and reimbursement for the J&J portfolio. Key stakeholders including health plans, health systems, hospital, oncology community practices, oncology physician group purchasing organizations and distribution intermediaries. Role Responsibilities include:
Partner closely with brand marketing team to build and deliver well-integrated winning market access strategies
Lead development and successful presentation of the annual Market Access Readiness Review
Lead market access cross-functional team SCG, medical affairs and RWVE to develop and execute key market access initiatives to drive optimal product access
Generate timely customer insights to inform and shape access strategies, tactics and KPIs
Lead market access launch readiness efforts for new indication and / or combination approvals, including ongoing LRRs to SCG LT
Work with our real-world value and evidence (RWV&E) and analytics / insights teams to develop compelling value propositions for public health decisions markers (PHDMs) to drive access and reimbursement strategies
Utilize deep understanding of the changing healthcare landscape to inform short- and long-term strategies to deliver sustainable product access and reimbursement that preserve GTN
Collaborate closely and effectively with brand marketing team to ensure aligned targeted strategies, access priorities and tactics
Ensure that all payer / institution account management teams are informed, educated, and supported with timely and relevant training and resources to drive effective customer engagement
Ensure the effective integration and leadership of your team across other MM / Oncology VAP team members, peers, internal business partners including but not limited to RWV&E, pricing, quality and HCC / Legal / Regulatory to deliver on commitments and deadlines
Manage VAP budget and agency partners to ensure timely tactical execution and spend
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced Degree or MBA preferred
Ten years of progressive healthcare experience required. Pharmaceuticals experience required.
At least three years of prior marketing or market access experience is preferred
Ability to work with approved vendors and data / information sources to develop business rationale for proposed strategies
Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. payer and reimbursement market
Additional cross functional experiences within strategy development, finance, business development, account management or sales preferred
Ability to effectively operate and lead in a matrix environment required
Must demonstrate strong strategy, collaboration and analytical skills as well as excellent business acumen
Flexibility to travel within J&J campuses as needed; this position will be based in Horsham, PA
Required domestic travel up to 25% for required meetings, training, customer visits, etc.
Other:
This position is based in Horsham, PA and will require up to 10% travel (domestic). Team typically works Tues, Wed, Thurs on-site. Flexibility to travel within Janssen campuses as needed is necessary.
Candidate is required to work 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week under the J&J Flex plan. Some flexibility to work at other J&J sites may be provided

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$164,000.00 - $282,900.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
