We are looking for a Digital Technology Service Delivery Engagement Lead who is collaborative, strategic, and tech-savvy to join us in our Digital Technology Patient Impact team, based in our HQ office in Anderlecht, Belgium.

About the role

You will be working in a team that partners globally with our patient impact (commercial) units to shape and deliver impactful digital technology solutions. Your work will enable our healthcare engagement teams across Europe and Intercontinental regions to drive better outcomes for patients through innovative, secure, and compliant digital tools.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a cross-functional team that closely collaborates with local and regional stakeholders across 36 countries, as well as internal technology, data, and business functions. Together, you’ll co-create the digital roadmap that supports our company’s commercial and patient-focused ambitions.

What you’ll do

Partner with affiliates/local markets to align global and local digital roadmaps

Guide stakeholders on compliant and secure use of digital systems

Align global & local digital roadmap and ensure awareness of digital capabilities

Deliver end-to-end projects from design to deployment

Oversee vendors and resources across digital initiatives

Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Drive digital adoption and champion change management

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Master’s degree in a relevant field (technology, business, or life sciences)

Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex digital or IT projects end-to-end

Strong background in stakeholder engagement and change management

Familiarity with customer engagement platforms and data infrastructure

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and compliance

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across cultures and levels
