The Position

The Opportunity

Develop the market and business for digital solutions in Peru and/or Ecuador. The purpose is to plan, execute, and monitor digital consulting strategies that positively influence client decision-making, transforming the needs of healthcare institutions into technological innovation projects that generate value, efficiency, and growth for Roche.

Responsibilities

Business Development

Market Expansion & Demand Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital solutions while collaborating with sales and marketing to drive adoption and expand the market.

Technical Advocacy & Support: Serve as the expert technology reference, delivering technical talks and presentations to evangelize and support internal and external teams.

Strategic Relationship Building and Adoption

Executive & Decision-Maker Engagement: Build long-term relationships with C-Level executives (CEOs, IT Managers, Medical Directors) and key government stakeholders in Peru and Ecuador to position digital solutions.

Solution Deployment & Adoption: Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation, driving long-term technology adoption and value perception for clients.

Mindset, Skills and Behaviors

Digital Systems & Strategic Thinking: Connect data architecture directly to improved health outcomes to demonstrate measurable value.

Lateral Leadership & Alignment: Influence and align cross-functional internal teams to successfully execute complex business opportunities.

Resilient Communication & Negotiation: Navigate long sales cycles and present high-level, persuasive proposals aligned with client financial objectives.

Who you are:​

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s in Management is highly valued.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong strategic thinking and agility to translate technology trends into market expansion and drive successful client adoption.

Ability to serve as a trusted technology advisor, effectively inspiring and influencing IT managers and C-level executives.

Proven capacity to navigate and resolve technical and operational barriers during the implementation of digital solutions.
