This role will help improve engineering efficiency by supporting build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and other core parts of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the software development lifecycle through CI/CD pipeline development

Advance and improve build and general support infrastructure

Develop provisioning and deployment strategies

Support AWS cloud infrastructure

Work with engineering teams to support their business requirements

Support monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery systems

Build and support engineering metrics pipelines, dashboards, and data reporting workflows to improve visibility into system health and developer productivity

Evaluate and enable AI based tools, LLM driven workflows, and automation opportunities within software development and DevOps environments

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience in DevOps or related field required

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Experience with CI/CD pipeline support and development using Jenkins and/or Gitlab

Experience with cloud and containerization technologies such as AWS and Docker.

Experience with Python and Bash

Experience with code repository management, code merge, and code quality checks

Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar tools

Experience building or supporting engineering metrics pipelines, dashboards, and data reporting workflows

Familiarity with AI tools, LLM based workflows, and automation use cases in software development or DevOps environments

Preferred:

Experience with QNX, Yocto, and Linux preferred

Experience working in medical devices preferred

Experience with CMake preferred

Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform preferred

Experience with Artifactory and SonarQube, preferred

Experience supporting AI or ML workloads, data pipelines, or related infrastructure is a plus

This role may require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$106,000.00 - $170,200.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
