As a Customer Care Specialist within our Manufacturing & Supply team in Romania, you'll serve as the key interface between Sanofi Romania and its wholesale customers, ensuring service excellence, order accuracy, and supply continuity across the local market. You'll coordinate the timely supply of products from the local Distribution Centre, manage end-to-end order processes, and play a critical role in keeping life-changing medicines reaching Romanian patients. Main responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time through SAP, maintaining full data integrity and compliance with SOPs
Monitor order fulfilment and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to Romanian wholesalers
Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customer inquiries, handling questions related to order status, delivery schedules, and product availability
Support quality system processes, including the management of customer complaints, coordination with the Budapest Distribution Centre, and documentation of quality events
Contribute to S&OE activities by providing accurate operational data and insights, and assist with internal and external audit preparations
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and customer databases, and generate order confirmations, shipping notifications, and delivery updates
Prepare monthly reports for the Environmental Fund and Intrastat submissions, and investigate SISO discrepancies to identify root causes
About you
Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record in managing customer relationships and ensuring end-to-end order fulfilment
Soft and Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP (SD module) and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building and facilitation skills
Adaptable, with intercultural sensitivity and a high standard of integrity and professionalism
Knowledge of GDP regulations and pharmaceutical distribution requirements is an advantage
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Languages:
Fluent Romanian

The salary range for this position is :L105 600,00 - L140 800 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
