Role Description
The Country Brand Manager, Adult Vaccines, supports the Marketing Lead and Country Brand Lead in executing local Adult Vaccines initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating tactical plans, customer engagement activities, omnichannel programs, field-force enablement, budget tracking, and approved material deployment in line with the overall brand direction.
Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.
This is an execution-focused role. The incumbent will contribute insights and implementation feedback but will not be primarily accountable for overall brand strategy, brand plan ownership, or long-range portfolio direction.
Key Responsibilities
The role supports the delivery of agreed Adult Vaccines priorities through strong planning discipline, stakeholder coordination, and timely execution of local initiatives.
Support translation of brand direction into local tactical plans, execution timelines, and implementation trackers.
Coordinate approved HCP, patient, customer engagement, omnichannel, and educational initiatives.
Support development, review, approval routing, and deployment of promotional materials, training resources, FAQs, and field tools.
Track A&P budget, purchase orders, activity spend, KPIs, and agreed performance indicators.
Prepare activity updates, execution summaries, and follow-up actions for review with the Marketing Lead and Country Brand Lead.
Coordinate with field teams, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Supply, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure execution readiness.
Support field-force enablement through training coordination, material deployment, field feedback consolidation, and implementation support.
Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with company policies, SOPs, Pfizer values, and applicable compliance requirements.

Accurate activity workplans, timelines, trackers, and implementation updates.
Effective coordination of promotional, educational, omnichannel, and field-force enablement activities.
Proper tracking of A&P budget, spend, purchase orders, KPIs, and activity performance.
On-time preparation and deployment of approved materials, messages, FAQs, and training tools.
Clear monthly updates on activities, risks, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to support execution excellence and compliance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, preferably with at least 3 years in marketing, commercial execution, or related roles.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
Experience in marketing execution, customer engagement, project coordination, or field-force support within the healthcare industry.
Strong execution mindset with good attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work across matrix teams.
