Corporate Strategy Design & Management Lead

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and insightful Corporate Strategy Design & Management Lead to join us in our Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Management team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role

As Corporate Strategy Design & Management Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the company's long-term direction. You will translate executive vision into clear strategic priorities, lead and support cross-functional strategic initiatives, and help ensure alignment across the organization. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive strategic planning activities, assess market developments, and support decision-making that strengthens the company's future competitiveness and impact.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that partners closely with senior leaders across the organization, including Patient Evidence, Solutions Impact and Supply, Finance, Sustainability, Risk Management, Business Development, Talent, and Culture teams. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to develop strategic priorities, guide enterprise-wide initiatives, and ensure alignment around the company's long-term vision and objectives.

What you'll do

Lead and support the design and coordination of the company's annual strategic planning process and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Translate executive priorities into clear strategic objectives, measurable outcomes, and actionable business plans.

Assess industry trends, market dynamics, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Partner with senior leaders to strengthen alignment across strategy, financial planning, sustainability, culture, and organizational priorities.

Drive high-impact cross-functional projects that support long-term growth, innovation, and transformation.

Develop compelling strategic narratives and materials for executive leadership and Board-level discussions.

For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills:

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field.

Relevant experience within the biopharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.

Experience across multiple areas of the pharmaceutical value chain and within strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar environments.

Strong project leadership skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and competing priorities.

Ability to analyze complex information, identify strategic implications, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse au diences.
