About this opportunity

Company: Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, India

Shape how global content reaches patients – by driving digital asset governance, quality control, and AI-powered innovation at the heart of Novo Nordisk's omnichannel content operations.

Your new role

As a Consultant in Promotional Review Services (PromoMats), you will govern centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) services within Veeva Vault PromoMats – ensuring the integrity, accessibility, compliance, and lifecycle management of approved content and supporting materials across the global organisation. You will be at the intersection of content excellence, technology, and compliance, playing a critical role in how Novo Nordisk delivers high-quality promotional and non-promotional materials to markets worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for DAM within Veeva Vault PromoMats, including management of assets, components, references, claims, and brand portals – governing content libraries and metadata standards to ensure discoverability, reusability, and compliance

Performing scientific and editorial quality control reviews, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to approved source references, claims, key messages, and brand guidelines prior to submission

Leading initiatives focused on vault optimisation, content hygiene, taxonomy enhancements, and scalable library structures to improve operational efficiency across the global content supply chain

Evaluating, piloting, and scaling automation, AI, and GenAI use cases within PromoMats and related content ecosystems to continuously improve content operations

Coordinating with Brand Teams, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and agency stakeholders to support timely review and approval of materials – managing incoming asset and reference approval requests from assigned global brands and affiliates

Strategically prioritising tasks across a diverse workload, proactively recommending process improvements to streamline operations and reduce lead time within the Veeva PromoMats platform

Managing system reporting and dashboards to monitor data quality, content performance, compliance metrics, and overall vault health

Your new department

In Finance, Legal & Global Solutions, we enable Novo Nordisk to fulfil our purpose by safeguarding the business, providing corporate infrastructure, and driving value creation. We are a team of 2,300 colleagues primarily based at our headquarters in Denmark and our Global Business Services centres in India and Mexico.

Within this area, the Promotional Review Services team helps build compliant, high-quality materials by providing submission support, digital asset governance, and scientific editorial expertise. Through lean library management and streamlined review processes, PRS accelerates time-to-market while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will join a team that is driving meaningful change – centralised reference and asset management is a new and rapidly evolving service established to enable Novo Nordisk's future global omnichannel vision, and your contributions will have a direct impact on the global business.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of content operations, technology, and compliance. You'll bring with you:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, science, or engineering, combined with 5+ years of relevant experience in content review/management and content production – preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

Experience in Veeva PromoMats operations and digital asset management, with administrator-level platform experience considered a strong advantage

Knowledge of the Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) processes

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to take a holistic view of the business, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solution-finding to complex problems independently

Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills – with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, manage expectations across time zones, and win people over when introducing new concepts, practices, and approaches

Computed from every other active role in our database, not just this employer's listings.

We don't have enough classified peer data for this role yet, so there's no comparison to show. This happens when a posting's title/category doesn't match any taxonomy rule -- it's excluded rather than compared against the wrong peer group.
