We are seeking a Congress and Digital Channel Partner to drive strategic, compliant, and impactful medical communications initiatives across congress, digital, and speaker engagement channels. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a matrixed environment and has experience working across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) stakeholders.In this position, you will represent U.S. Medical Affairs on cross‑functional teams, helping to shape congress narratives, communication priorities, and execution strategies. You will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver innovative medical communication tactics while ensuring full adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive congress narrative and prioritization strategyDrive best‑practice sharing and support operational excellence across medical communications activitiesOversee end‑to‑end lifecycle management of virtual and in‑person, non‑promotional medical materialsLead the dissemination of approved content across Medical Affairs digital channelsManage speaker program execution, including coordination with external vendors, contracts, procurement, and budget activitiesEnsure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and company requirements, including FDA and internal policiesQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree requiredAdvanced degree preferredExperienceExperience in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Congress Strategy, or related pharmaceutical industry rolesStrong cross‑functional collaboration and project management experienceExperience working in highly compliance‑driven environmentsExperience with vendor management and digital content executionSkills & CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong planning, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skillsAbility to work effectively in a matrixed, fast‑paced environmentAdditional RequirementsWillingness to work off‑hours and holidays as requiredAbility to travel domestically and internationally as neededFlexibility to work during U.S. business hours to ensure continuity and timely decision‑makingWhy Join UsIf you are passionate about advancing medical communications through collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and be part of a team driving meaningful scientific engagement.
