الإنتاج والعمليات التشغيلية

أداء إجراءات التصنيع والتعبئة والتغليف وفقاً لتعليمات التشغيل المدرب عليها

العمل على تحقيق الإنتاجية اليومية المطلوبة طبقاً لأسلوب التصنيع الجيد المدرب عليه

تسجيل العمل المنجز في دفتر التسجيل الخاص وسجل التحضير

استلام وتسليم مواد التصنيع ومواد التعبئة والتغليف والإشراف على حركة الصادر والوارد بداخل مخازن الأقسام المختلفة

دعم الفريق والتنسيق

تدريب العاملين الجدد على حسب طبيعة العمل

تنظيم حضور العاملين المؤقتين وإدخال ساعات الحضور الخاصة بهم

أداء المهام الأخرى المكلف بها من رئيسه في العمل

الاتصال بالإدارة الهندسية في حالة الأعطال

الالتزام والنظافة

تنفيذ برنامج النظافة والترتيب اليومي للمعدات والخطوط الإنتاجية

تغيير الملابس في الغرف الخاصة وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية لارتداء ملابس الإنتاج

معرفة مستوى الضوضاء في المكان والالتزام بارتداء مهمات الوقاية المسلمة له

العامل على علم كامل بالمخاطر الميكانيكية الناجمة عن طبيعة عمله، على سبيل المثال الالتزام بتعليمات التشغيل والسلامة والصحة المهنية الواجب اتباعها في التعامل مع الأجزاء المتحركة في الآلات (التأكد من وجود أبواب الحماية وعمل جميع مفاتيح الأمان)

السلامة الكيميائية

يمتلك العامل الوعي الكافي عن المخاطر الكيميائية الناجمة عن طبيعة عمله

على علم كامل بمخاطر المواد الكيميائية التي يتعامل معها من خلال بطاقات التعريف للمواد الكيماوية (MSDS)

معرفة مهمات الحماية اللازمة له والالتزام بارتدائها للتعامل مع تلك المواد

السلامة الكهربائية

العامل على علم كامل بالمخاطر الكهربائية الناجمة عن طبيعة عمله وكيفية الوقاية منها وذلك عن طريق:

فصل التيار قبل عمليات الإصلاح

استخدام مهمات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة للتيار الكهربائي المعرض له العامل

معرفة وتطبيق أفضل الأساليب للقيام بعمله بشكل آمن

الالتزام بعدم لمس أجزاء الماكينة بدون فصل الكهرباء تماماً واستخدام أدوات العزل (LOTO)

الالتزام العام بالسلامة

يلتزم العامل باستعمال وسائل الوقاية ويتعهد بالعناية بما في حوزته وتنفيذ التعليمات الصادرة للمحافظة على صحته ووقايته من حوادث العمل

عليه ألا يرتكب أي فعل يقصد به منع تنفيذ التعليمات أو إساءة استعمال الوسائل الموضوعة لحماية وسلامة العمال معه أو تغييرها أو إلحاق ضرر أو تلف بها

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated Coating Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating sophisticated tablet press machinery to produce high-quality oral solid dosage products in a strictly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure our medications meet the highest standards of quality and safety while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements

Main responsibilities:

Setup, operates, and cleans tablet press machinery to produce oral solid dosage products, strictly adhering to cGMP, SOPs, and safety.

Monitoring tablet weight, hardness, and thickness, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting production in Batch Records.

Key Roles:

Setup, operates, and cleans tablet press machinery to produce oral solid dosage products, strictly adhering to cGMP, SOPs, and safety.

Monitoring tablet weight, hardness, and thickness, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting production in Batch Records.

Perform in-process checks, including tablet weight, thickness, hardness, and friability.

Visually inspect for defects like sticking, capping, or chipping.

Making sure that manufacturing steps are performed according to process batch records and sign on all steps on manufacturing records.

Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or process issues during production.

Making sure of implementation of GMP requirements during all manufacturing steps.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.

Fulfilling manufacturing plan for solid dosage forms weekly.

Troubleshooting for problems noticed during manufacturing steps.

Perform cleaning, sterilization, and assembly of equipment (line clearance) to prevent cross-contamination.

Making sure of implementation of the appropriate precaution to prevent Mix-Up and cross contamination during manufacturing processes.

Reporting any deviation occurred during manufacturing processes to production manager and participates in root cause analysis, execution of corrective & preventive actions.

Maintaining the cleaning system of the factory machines in every stage of the production process. Checking the Calibration due dates of all equipment and machines before start of processing.

HSE Responsibilities:

Applying the machine safety checklist on regular basis.

Commitment to the appropriate PPE use Executing waste management measures for optimum utilization of resources.

Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.

Additional Accountabilities:

Perform other duties as assigned.

Respect of company’s values, code of ethics and social charter.

Respect of personal data protection charter.

Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.

About you

5 to 7 years of experience in tablets compression.

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical production or manufacturing environment (preferred)

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and production documentation

Basic understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles and safe work practices

Skills and Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
