Your Role:
The Communications Business Partner on our Life Science Communications team will support internal and external business communication programs for our global Business Units, contributing to Life Science reputation, visibility and employee engagement.
This role will be responsible for supporting integrated strategies that increase employee awareness of key topics and initiatives, while contributing to owned and earned media activities that maintain a strong external image and reputation.
Key activities include stakeholder management, messaging development, content creation, content curation and program management to ensure high quality, consistent communication to our target audiences. This role also will have responsibility to contribute to change management strategies and execution for strategic projects within our business areas. This role collaborates closely with leadership teams, in-house design team, Communications colleagues, external agency partners and marketing teams.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5+ years working in a communications or change management related role
Experience working on internal and external communication strategies across channels
Very strong written and verbal communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for experience in Life Sciences or related industry
Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and high-quality standards
Ability to apply general change management concepts to developing and implementing tactical plans
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
Video production experience
Role to be based in Burlington MA or Darmstadt, Germany offices. Other global locations will be considered, salary commiserate with location
Pay Range for this position: $114,200- $171,400. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
