Job Responsibilities:

-Corporate Communications & PR:

Lead and execute strategic corporate PR campaigns and media engagement initiatives in close collaboration with Corporate Affairs and cross-functional teams to enhance corporate brand and reputation;

Shape and maintain a coherent corporate narrative aligned with business priorities and global positioning;

Drive integrated communication planning across owned, earned and digital channels.

-Executive Communications:

Partner closely with senior leadership and line manager to develop and deliver executive communication strategies for both internal and external engagements;

Craft executive messaging, speeches, talking points, briefings and high-quality communication materials;

Prepare executives for media interviews, public appearances and critical communication moments.

-Media Relations & External Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop and implement media relations strategy to expand media network and strengthen key journalist relationships;

Proactively identify storytelling opportunities and secure high-quality media coverage to increase share of voice;

Manage media inquiries, spokesperson coordination and media training

Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, media coverage and stakeholder sentiment, and continuously optimize approach

-Reputation & Issues / Crisis Communication:

Support and contribute to crisis communication planning and response, including issue monitoring and message development

Protect and enhance company reputation through proactive issues management and risk mitigation strategies

-Internal Communications & Employee Engagement:

Support internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment of employees with company strategy and priorities;

Contribute to internal channels, campaigns, and leadership communication (e.g. town halls, leadership messaging)

Ensure alignment with global communication strategy and messaging, collaborate with business units, public affairs, branding and other functions to ensure integrated communication deliver

Job Requirements:

University degree or above with major in journalism, Communication,Chinese/English language.

5-8 years working experience in communication in MNCs, media, PR agency or related fields preferred

Strong strategic planning, implementation skills

Excellent Chinese & English writing skill

Good communication& interpersonal skills

Project management skills on planning, execution, agency management, creativity, cross-function coordination

Ability to translate business priorities into communication strategy and narrative

Work independently to produce quality results by deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, multiple-tasking environment

A good team player, able to work under pressure

Cross function alignment and coordination

Proactively moves forward and implements new ways of approaching work to improve efficiency and performance

Able to integrate internal& external resource to achieve better results

Able to identify the problem under high complexity and its root cause in own scope of areas.
