The Opportunity
Join a high-performing ANZ Surgical Vision team where you will drive sales excellence through the design and delivery of impactful commercial education, coaching and capability development programs. Partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and Professional Education, the Commercial Education Manager will enhance selling effectiveness, strengthen customer engagement and build the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to support sustainable business growth across ANZ.
This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Responsibilities
Designing and delivering impactful commercial training and capability development programs that enhance sales effectiveness, customer engagement and business performance across ANZ
Partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Professional Education and Commercial Excellence teams to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning initiatives
Leading field-based coaching and development programs that strengthen selling skills, drive behavioural change and improve commercial execution
Developing onboarding and talent development frameworks that accelerate new hire success, build capability and support future leadership growth
Collaborating with regional and global education teams to implement best-practice learning programs, share insights and align ANZ capability strategies with broader business objectives
About You
Degree qualified with significant sales experience and sales training capability in a medical device, healthcare or pharma setting. Ophthalmology, surgical or capital-equipment experience is highly regarded
Good business acumen and working knowledge of healthcare compliance, industry codes, quality systems and responsible customer engagement
Self-starter and a team player, with a background in developing and executing training & development plans and a strong passion for training
Proficient communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, along with strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
Ability to undertake regular domestic and occasional international travel
