Your role:
You'll lead the development and maintenance of operational study data across our clinical trial portfolio, translating complex metrics into actionable insights for study teams and governance bodies. Working with systems like iMAP and CTMS, you'll oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while preparing comprehensive performance analyses that drive smarter decision-making. Your role bridges data management and strategic planning, you'll develop robust budget forecasts, monitor key performance indicators, and identify trends that help teams anticipate risks and optimize costs. By establishing data governance standards and creating real-time dashboards, you'll enable our organization to operate with greater efficiency and transparency. You'll mentor team members, collaborate across functions, and champion process improvements that strengthen our analytics-driven approach to clinical development.
Who you are:
3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, operational reporting, or business intelligence, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights.
2–3 years working in clinical trial operations, pharmaceutical operations, or healthcare analytics in a pharma or CRO environment.
Hands-on experience maintaining and analyzing operational study data in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Planisware, CTMS).
Track record of contributing to budget development, forecast tracking, and performance reporting for clinical studies.
Experience leading analytical projects or mentoring junior colleagues, with proven ability to communicate findings clearly.
Proficiency with advanced analytics tools and data visualization platforms to build dashboards and reports.
